Burning Environment:
- Always place the candle upright on a heat-resistant surface away from heaters, hot surfaces, textiles, ventilation ducts, and fans.
- Use it in a dry, temperate area (16-27°C) and avoid burning in a draught.
Supervision & Spacing:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep the candle away from children, pets, and flammable items.
- If using multiple candles, maintain at least 10–21 cm between them.
Burn Time & Wax Management:
- Burn until the entire surface melts for optimal performance.
- Limit burn sessions to no more than 4 hours (with initial burns possibly shorter to preserve fragrance).
- Extinguish the candle before it is completely consumed—stop when about 1/2 inch (or at least 1 cm) of wax remains.
- Allow the wax to cool and solidify before relighting.
Wick Care:
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm (keeping the cut wick roughly 1 cm above the wax) before relighting to ensure a proper burn.
- If the wick shifts, gently realign it while the wax is still molten.
Safety Maintenance:
- Keep the wax pool clear of matches, debris, and residue.
- Always use a candle extinguisher when needed.
Usage Timeline:
- Begin using your candle within two months of receiving it.
