Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at SPELLBOUND.

You have 14 days to cancel your order without providing a reason.  
Return window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items not eligible:
- Personalized or custom-label items
- Used candles 
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if marked)

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return:
1) Email spellbound.athens@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2) We’ll reply with instructions and the return address / label.
3) Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Fees:
- Return shipping is paid by customer
- Original shipping is non-refundable unless order was incorrect/defective.

Damaged / wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund.

Exchanges: Order the new item separately; return the original for a refund.

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. We’ll email you when your refund is issued.
